World 1 - Multis

What are your opinions on having multis? Yes or no?

I think it'd be OK, as long as we limit the amount we can have, so everyone isn't one (new people only, for a start). And maybe put a limit on the number of powers they get, to make it easier for the player to not Mary Sue.

I think stick with one, its cool when you just have one ability

I know Apart from the possible multis that might be introduced, everyone else must only have 1 ability each.

I'd like for if people want to have a new (it has to be an new charrie, not one they already use) character with an ability that would allow them to have more than one ability to PM me in secret to get permission before they do the profile, if that's ok. I'll probably say yes if there are slots free. I'll only allow one or two of each.

Let's make a list of abilities that allow you to have more than 1 ability (not counting ones that borrow like Ability Replication or A&A Manip):

Power Absorption
Empathic Mimicry
Conscious Mimicry
Ability Duplication (like CM but you have to touch the person not be in their radius)
Intuitive Aptitude
Aura Absorption
Vulnerability linked PA (from Lowri)

You called it DNA Mimicry at one time. That's the term that stuck with me. What's the difference?

That's just mimicking the things that the DNA the person is exposed to can do temporarily. What she did was put it in her DNA in a way so it couldn't be stopped by anyone with MM as it was more like part of her like eyes or something rather than a power which has an off switch. If someone had managed to stop her using them then she and all the creatures around her would've fallen apart because they'd be stopping everything. Life wouldn't exist.

Wing production, fire breathing and scaly skin (semi-impenetrable skin). All not as powerful as what the ability by itself would be

Idk. I'd say it was one, like elementokinesis. But it's C's decision, obviously.

I'd rather not have abilities mimicking fantasy creatures in this if possible. Have there been any so far? I can't remember ...

I don't think so. I guess there's Myth's in W2 though

Which GN is that? I've recently read them and I can't remember that
