Doesn't it depend on what Samuel makes him do? If he asks Hiro to save Joseph and leave Momo dead, he might do so to save Charlie.

No he won't i think because of my evidence.
- Heroes confirmed that at the end of V4 everyone will return to filming except one. People thought Zach wouldn't return for a while, becuase of the Nathan SL. But it was Mohinder
- Ravi Kapoor returns in Brothers Keeper. So does Mohinder. Joseph is in it to, so its most likley a FB episode. Ravi played young Chandra, so it might show him with young mohinder. They might also show Mohinders death, then killing him off permently
