Can I make a few suggestions? Its not about making more Heroes sections, there're definitely enough already. It's about making the site more Heroes focused. That's why I was proposing you lot joining the other board, since this is more of a general chat board imo. But if you want to make it more Heroes related, you need to clear up the home page, since you have to scroll down before you actually reach anything to do with Heroes. There isn't much point in making more Heroes sections if no one will use them.

The banner at the top definitely needs to be smaller.
You need to make the homepage less confusing, so the board is easier to navigate and actually find the Heroes sections (which need to make up at least half of the board). This does mean getting rid of quite a few of the sections, but why not just start by clearing all the ones which are seldom/never used (so most of the General section at the top).
If it's possible, there should only be about 3 or 4 options on the HOMEpage which lead to other sections, so it's less confusing and more manageable (for example, Volume Discussion: just one link leading onto the options of which volume to discuss. Personally, I think there only needs to be a HEROES CHAT section *full stop*, but it's up to public opinion I guess.

Anyway, that's pretty much what I reckon you need to do. If not, join the other site?

Why not give the whole site a makeover at New Year, instead of just adding a new banner?
And yeah, remove any sections which aren't used as they just clutter the place up. Is what I said about having only say 3 or 4 options on the homepage which lead to more sections possible at all?

ive been saying it on the admin section fr a bit, new year new start...

we have been making a list on the admn section and going to see your lot opinions

were also making the groups more heroes related, exceot the story writers group (as you lot need it) and vampires, as many people like that group

You should get to of the fashion section why do we have that anyway?

i put it there, we will be getting rid of that, there will be less sections on the general part, mostly we will have is chat and a few other stuff... and the heroes section will be put above it
