She continued shaking her wrist, angrily, trying to get the splinters out. She only looked up, when she realised. The sun had been blocked from view by dark gray clouds that hadn't been there a second ago. The bright sunlight was completly gone, replaced by heavy winds, and clouds that looked ready to thunderstorm.
They both ducked inside, as the baseball sized hailstones began to fall, and the window flew them about. She screamed, when the first bit of lightening cracked, and then she heard the thunder. She held her breathe, counting, waiting for the pause, before the lightening struck.... There wasn't one.
