World 9 - Supernatural - RP thread

Cecelia walked down the corridor in search of room number 14. The walls were painted completely white, no colour was in sight anywhere in the building. Probably to reassure the patients and to make sure there was no colours to confuse them further. The patients of Belview mental hospital were amoung the worst cases in the Lawrence area, the hospital was designed to cater for anything from extreme violence to psychotic outbursts. The patient she was looking for fit into both these boxes, he was a very disturbed man.

Cecelia knocked on the door and waited for a reply. There was a noise inside, a frantic shuffling noise. Cecelia opened the door, making sure she didn't move too fast or alternatively, too low. The first thing Cecelia noticed was the walls, they were covered in powerful circles and powerful words however most were drawn or spelt wrong leaving them powerless. They were hastily drawn in what appeared to be the sauce of baked beans meaning most were dripping off the walls as she looked. She tore her eyes from them and noticed the room was completely dark, there was no window in this room and the light was switched off. Apart from the drawings on the wall, the room was pretty normal, it consisted of only one bed and one dressing table. Cecelia scanned the room for David though it appeared empty. She slowly walked in, still searching for the man.

There was a noise behind her.

Cecelia blocked the fist hurtling towards her face and expertly pulled his arm behind his back and held him in place.

Cate began searching through the empty apartment cautiously, looking for anything which could perhaps link the victims or suggest why it'd been them. Of course, it could have been sheer shit luck, but somehow she doubted that. Not this time.

(I'm thinking. )

David struggled against her iron clad grip, though it was futile.

Cecelia realised what he was doing and rolled her eyes, I'm not a demon!!

She pushed it out of her mind, reminding herself that such things could still happen naturally, and continued searching. Nothing happened with the next pile of papers. It was only when she touched the next, an enveloped handwritten letter, that she found herself being thrown across the room.

(Funny story - Luke was walking down the corridor, as I came up the stairs, earlier... I screamed, and threw my iPod at him, before realising he was my brother. :/)

(I have also, by now, freaked out slightly upon seeing a streetlight flickering)

Everything there was in the room seemed to be being hurtled at her, barely missing. Again and again she fired, but the spirit continued to reappear, vividly out for blood. She dodged, shooting again, trying to make her way to the window.

(That's bad. :/ I hit the lightswitch without meaning to, and I thought it was a ghost. )
