im alright, although i have injured myself i was lying in bed this morning, and i pushed my right shoulder, and now it is killing me. its really hard for me to type as for now and its really painful. also i cant move my neck and it kills me to stand up

well its feeling a lot better than before but still hurts and now my friends are calling me cus i said i would go cinemas but obviously i aint gone anyway they only told me yday about the time and stuff

cus i didnt really reply to the message on facebook, and it didnt seem that the others were going to go so i just left it and didnt reply. but i think they were expecting me to go. but by the sounds of it it doesnt seem a lot of people have gone anyway, only 3 or 4
