With every ability one wishes for, it must have a liitation/restriction or it would make the person have an equally powerful weakness. For example, let's say a person was stabbed by a knife and is about to die, one with this ability could then reflexive or conciously choose to gain Rapid Cellular Regeneration to heal that injury but aftwerwards, a weakness could be that, after that accident, the ability won't work when faced with cuts/injuries made of the same metal from the knife that led to the manifestation of Rapid Cellular Regeneration, or worse, one is weakened physical when being close to the metal that the knife that led to the injury was made of. It could also be a restriction, like gaining Telepathy but not being able to manipulate people's thoughts/minds to the extent that they lose their free will.
kind of like superman's kryptonite, well its what it reminded me of. its cool though, but i think i like the general initial idea of wishing to have the ability, but do you lose the previous ability you wished for?if o maybe Ability Wishing?

The ability to be able to slow down one's perception of time. This could be done reflexively but is often conciously activated. Doing this, one would see one's surrounding moving slower, making finding details easier in stressed/action-filled situations. People using Enhanced Speed could be seen if the ability is activated. Incoming attacks can be avoided with ease.

sounds like contortion induction, but the name just makes me think of metamorphing, as is literally means change shape.

i was thinking of this ability a few weeks ago
i dnt get the second part though? make ones motives tranpers in order to help others understand oneself? how would that work?
