Kinetic Repulsion sounds good Differentiates it from the Repulsion we already have, which is more of a psychological or maybe chemical one.

Evocation is just Evocation, not Evocation Mimicry 
I'm not sure Evocation Mimicry would work grammatically - it's 2 verbs.

It looks like wires to me, or something electronic/technological. You can see the little lights on it. Glass or diamond would be just clear.

PoEM is good. What exactly would you say he's doing with the ability in that scene? Manipulating the physical plane in order to escape?
