peter broke in, lost his powers from arthur. went to save nathan because he thought it was a big mistake. He didnt get to arthur and then he injected hiself and flew off

and got EM back, instead of AR

I'd say got AR, and gets EM back in future. And gets the scar during the fight with Arthur. And a part of Pinehearst explodes, but the formula's written record and several batches of it had already been shipped out of the building.

The scar? Remember when Arthur TKed the bullet backwards, it slashed Peter's cheek. Change the angle enough, and it'd give the scar. Keep him away from Claire long enough for it not to heal properly.
