Maybe the pandorica could become some sort of death ray type thing that the Doctor could use to destroy the ships as the aliens fought.

It was inthe first ep, prisoner zero said "The Pandorica will open, scilence will fall" it may have ben in the vampire one too

Yeah, the "vampire" woman mentioned the silence when explaining why they'd fled their planet. Wasn't the same voice though, and it was the voice I thought I recognised not just the words.

The vampire said "that there were cracks through some we saw silence", Prisoner Zero said, "The Pandorica Will Open, silence will fall" but the voice in the TARDIS kept saying, "Silence Will Fall" and a crack appeared on the TARDIS console however the voice sounded more creepier and as if they had a sore throat.

yeah she is, remember back in the Eleventh Hour when the Doctor left young AP so she packed her suitcase and went and sat on it to wait why could you here the TARDIS sound? Also the scene in Flesh and Stone where the Doctor tells Amy she needs to remember could this also be to do with her forgeting Rory untill she remembered at the end of ep12.

yeah it was and apparently young AP does have a big part Watch the clip for it with Rory and dead Amy it's pretty good.
