Future RP world ideas

It is probably the best option, but it would have been fun to roleplay him alone, even thoguh I know that roleplaying such a big character would easily become godmodding. However, should someone roleplay his rising to power or should we begin with that he is allready powerful and open to anyone?

I could see 3 of my characters getting caught up in it though. The Shifters live as normal humans, and the Nephilim live within human society even though they count themselves separate from it.

It'd be better for him to rise to power if any currently existing characters get involved in this. Unless maybe he'd have just been elected in the country?

Maybe, but I don't tihnk they would elect this guy, he doesn't seem like the guy that would be elected. Maybe his father was king before and then he was killed by magic, thus creating his son to a magic-hating person and tyrant? But still, would he be open when he is roleplayed to the rise of power or should he start being open when he got the power?

So, everyone living in a society that isn't ruled entirely by magic would be affected by this tyrant. I could also see that later, he would try to take over some a little more magical societies as well, but do so with caution as he knows that there is powerful magic societies out there.

How about calling the tyrant Bentcraze?

One question. Who is handling the general worldwide plot now that Sin isn't on so much anymore? And do you guys thinks that this new plot would require someone who does that cus it will probably affect a lot of people.

I was thinking something more realistic, real worldish Maybe that's just cause my non-magical society chars basically live in the real, modern world, in countries which are democratically led.

No one really is. No one leads the plot in any world really. People just suggest ideas, or get involved in big SLs others have started if they want to. The idea of the evil overlord Sin had began RPing was dropped.

Okay. How about that Bentcraze or whatever his name will be could have had the same relationship with his father as I said, just that he wasn't a king, he was a politic. And now the other politics who were closest to the power "accidentally" died/was injured untill Bentcraze got to the power. So, in a way he was elected, but he killed/injured everyone who was before him.

Wouldn't he then get caught, lose his job and get imprisoned/executed? And they'd just re-elect replacements for the other politicians. It'd be better if he persuaded/threatened/blackmailed the rest to support him. All secretly, of course.

That plan was much better. How will we do with W6 if the others want to replace it?

The spies/team suggestion? I guess we'd begin with some random mission or crime for them to solve. Unless people would want to begin earlier, with the characters getting recruited.

This will be so much fun, if everyone agrees to the plot in W9 and the replacement of W6.

Another new idea I've had is something like SPN or Charmed, where the characters hunt or fight monsters, probably also possessing powers (with any of the human worlds we've tried, the lack of powers might have been what made them die ). What do people think?

If we did have the spies world, I now have a SL I absolutely love which I could adapt to something like that Maybe even if we don't replace W6, we could have that as a twelth world *gets killed by Rajan*

Pippy in particular doesn't want to drop W6 though, cause she likes her character Ellie there. I'm the same in a way - you put in effort to make up and develop characters and SLs, and then they just die I just need to focus on planning ideas for that world which don't need a year or years to pass before.....

Okay. The hunting monsters idea also sounds interresting, s well as my spy world idea. Now, everyone just need to agree on something.

I wonder if the current world 6 could turn into that one, but maybe I'm just thinking that way cause mine is so heavily based on SPN. It's like SPN with people with abilities instead of monsters

Pippy's saying that we should just go ahead and make a twelfth world as a Spies world. She's saying she'd only begin RPing seriously there after her GCSEs though. She doubts Rajan would even notice it

If we did a spies world, how many powers would it be? I'm thinking 3. I've got 2 semi-selected for one of my planned characters, and a few ability possibilities for my main.

I think three would 3 would be nice. Maybe for once, one could manifest anything from one to three abilities, or would that be too confusing? Just an idea that I really don't know what it would accomplish, really.

I don't know exactly how it'd work though, cause I suspect most people would automatically want to go for the maximum, even if the character hadn't manifested all 3 initially. That concept has already been used a few times.

Just call it World 12 - Spies? And would the profiles just be the generalities? I'm thinking of starting it off soon.

I think so, yeah. Just a thing to add when you write the "Job", maybe you could add which section of the EHBI, Evolved Human Bureo of Investigation, which part of the unit one works with. Like with research, field work, Phorensics or whatever. If you other guys thinks it is a good idea.

Didn't know we'd come up with a name I was thinking that it'd be more vast than that, with more teams though. Ones from different countries, freelance ones etc. It'd bring more variety and it'd make it possible to have independant SLs and not rely on others all the time.

Yeah, I guess it would be more practical. The name was just something temporary.
