School RP Thread

I suck at writing these intros, so just RP

Thank you, she nodded, assenting that he could leave. It sure felt weird to act like this, but she knew it'd be the way she'd have to be. There was no middle ground: she was either royalty or the half-human outsider. The only people who'd treat her differently would be Nick and Daniel.

What are we really doing here, Sky? Daniel asked quietly, once the 3 of them were alone. Are you sure this is what you want?

She nodded.

I've explained it before. We - all Atari - we need this. Somewhere we can be accepted, somewhere we can learn to be what we are. Those born to it have some help now, true - but what about the Changed? They barely stand a chance. And this place could change that, but they need one of the higher old blood here, first. They need me.

Warren arrived, climbing out of the taxi and looking up at the building. It looked too different than he imagined, a lot bigger and grander than he had expected. He knocked on the door, hearing the echo roam through the place and waited for an answer.

Does it really have to be you, Sky? Nick asked, though he already knew the answer. They all did. It had to be her, the only member of the high families who would do such a thing. Who'd even consider it.

It looks safe, anyway, Daniel continued. Not that looks say much. I'm going to investigate the place more thoroughly. Nick, you stay with Sky

He nodded, unsure if he was the only one of his kind at the school. "That's me." He said, entering the school.

Your room will be this way, he nodded, beginning to lead him in. Welcome to the school.

Warren was still rather nervous about it all, he was unsure how he would actually fit in to the place. He felt like he was the only one that didn't really knew who he was, where he came from, what to do.

The man showed him to his room, unlocked the door and left him there to unpack and get accustomed to the place. He told him to call for him if he needed him or had anything to ask.

Warren looked at the room, it eas nice but it would never live up to his old room, home. He began to unpack, putting his clothes into the drawes and wardrobes.

As soon as Daniel had left, Sky hastily glanced away, not wanting to meet Nick's eyes once they were alone. She began to unpack, trying not to think about it, hard as that was when she could taste his emotions with every breath. The silence soon became awkward.

I think I'm done for now, she said, trying to break that silence. I sensed someone moving into the room next door. Maybe I'll go speak with him, say hi

Warren continued to unpack, hearing some voices from the next room he knew he had neighbours and yet did not know how to feel about it. He had pushed near enough every person in his life away, all of his friends and what was his family. He knew this was a new start, a place to begin.

He heard the door knock, presumming that it would be a member of staff. He walked over to the thick wooden door and opened it, in front of him stood a girl. "Oh hello." Warren said.

Hi, my name's Sky, she smiled, extending a hand. This is Nick.

He shook her hand, and went to shake Nick's. "I'm Warren, I'm sort of new here."
