It depends on others, if they would want that then. unless you just have foreign people working for torchwood

well torchwood is just a British thing, funded directly by the royal family, so it won't be world wide, it's only ever been in the UK and India, we shouldn't have every one who wants to be in torchwood in one team, i think we should have one in Cardiff, one in Glasgow and one in Belfast

and in wolverhampton

If there was lots of events in London, they'd have to eventually start a new base there. They go where they're needed, after all. They'd just have to make sure to learn from the old Torchwood's mistakes, and not hide anything dangerous in the basement

i was going to have a character/human, with some low level psychic abilities. Similar to how gwenyth had, in doctor who and was the long far relative to gwen cooper... are we allowed to do that?

Who was Gwenyth again? And I think being related to a human canon ought to be ok. But it's up to Matt really.

gwyneth (i think thats how her name is spelt) was in doctor who. i think it was the episode with charles dickens or some famous writer, where these white spirit ghosty things wanted to use the dead bodies of humans to possess them, but really were bad creatures.
