I just wondered if one with "Adoptive Muscle Memory" would see a person fly, would that person be able to mimic that. Because it is a physical action just that it is an ability, so would it work?

I thought about it, but I highly doubt it, because that's an abiltiy, and it's ability mimicry

I actually had the same idea, like what if they saw special effects in a movie, like someone holding onto a rope for hours, and hours, or something, could they then do that?

to the flying. The writers confirmed this, because fans have asked several times. Monica could only mimic physical skills which a person of her strength and stature would have eventually have been able to learn to do naturally, with practice and training.

The limit to this ability is that the thing she is mimicking must be within her physical capability. That's just it.
