Not exactly. There isn't really a word in English - or any other language apart from Welsh, since it only happens in Welsh - but "mutates" is close enough. Basically, the first letter changes.

Nah The letters changing. That and the Ch, Ll, Dd letters etc, which most English people would have trouble pronouncing.

I think I know how to say Ll.. and by that I mean that Ellie's grandma (who isn't welsh) taught me when I was 10..

Was she guessing or had she been taught? And you might know Ch if you pronounce German right.

By if I pronounce german right do you mean Ch is basically CHCKK

Then you don't It isn't a K, but a lot of people do that if they can't say it right. In Gaelic the pronounciation even depends on location.

I suck at accents That's my biggest issue with languages :/ That & the teachers..

I also suck at accents. Trying to make a French one makes me feel like I'm choking.
