The crowd watched as the flames began to go out, and one at a time, they began to disappear back to the house or the grounds, all leaving as quietly as possible, trying not to disturb Charlotte.

As they'd intended, she barely noticed as they all drifted away. Eventually, Tannith moved to her side, gently led her back inside. She didn't say anything as her mother poured a glass of blood and placed it in her hand, but she downed it in one swallow.

Bea wondered off into the woods, half intending to hunt, phasing behind a tree, and immediately feeling more comfortable. She had no idea where the rest of the pack were, but none of them were in wolf form, she found. She kept her pace slow as she walked into the woods, not really sure if she was all that hungry. Before she really knew what was happening, she felt something else

She could feel the presence of another's mind, a feeling she was used to by now, but it didn't make sense.. She couldn't understand it. Whoever it was, it was angry, so angry. She tried to listen to the new thoughts, but it didn't make sense, it was just noise.
Kasia barely even noticed as she exploded out of her skin, not even noticing the material ripping, and the thoughts of another in her mind were the last thing she cared about. She dived forward, quite gracefully for someone that barely even knew she was on four legs, and seemed to be following wolf nature, as her jaws clicked around his shoulder, biting down hard. The man began shouting, screaming in agony, but she ignored his cries, biting again and again, until eventually, the screams stopped. It was only then that she really began to think

She bent her neck to check on the man she had just killed, knowing that she would feel guilty later, but right now, she knew that he deserved it
"Hello?" thought Bea, cautiously.
Kasia jumped then. She looked around for a sign of who was talking to her, and it was only when Bea repeated the word several times that she realised that there was no one there - the words were in her head. Her first question was why was she thinking in English, but she knew that she wasn't the only one there. Was she insane? Was that what insanity was like? Turning into wolves and hearing voices?

Bea quickly recounted the events of the new wolf's murder of a man she didn't know before she turned back to trying to converse with the new girl. "I am Bea, this Erin."

It was turning into one of those days that you would just remember, for Lola anyway. It was a pointless yet long and rememberal day, which may of just been because a rather annoying, scary looking and freakishly pale man (even for a vampire) kept nagging Lola to let him go out and hunt.
Lola had refused, countless times knowing his true desire was to go and leave forever, but Lola knew that she had to help the vampire even though how unwilling he was to have her help now. It may of been that he changed his mind of having help, or that Lola was giving him more help than he wanted or even that he knew he was going to be questioned about how he knew Owain, the vampire who could influence a person into doing his bidding.
