If a vampire shared its blood with a werewolf, would a blood bond form?

Doubt it. I think the werecreature wouldn't have the capacity to properly absorb the blood, unless he or she was also part vampiric. I've been wondering for a while if Lleucu's version of Ability Manipulation could develop to giving abilities, though.

Cause vampires live off blood, so it makes sense they can access the powers in it Werecreatures differ.

If you still want to do this power sharing, you could find a way to make it work - something like Ability Transferal? You'd need to find a way to explain how it wouldn't be used repeatedly though, like the ability draining its user so it's only used it emergencies, or the ability being lost, or its user being killed.

I was going to give Jackson a lot of different abilities & say he collected them over the years, but I went off the idea when I realised that I didn't have any other abilities I wanted to give him
