Awakening Story: When she found a note from her half-brother asking to meet, she altered reality so that she knew where and when to meet him. He then explained to her the existence of supernatural creatures, their involvement in the family history and the fact that they hunted them.

Personality: Anya is pretty quiet, but friendly and likeable. She can sometimes doubt herself, making her indecisive and lacking confidence. She can easily become very caring and attached to people quite quickly, when she lets herself.

Brief History: Her birth mother became pregnant while at college, and gave Anya up for adoption at birth. Anya knew of her adoption from a young age, but only learned about her biological family when she was 21, after Blaine contacted her.

Her reality-altering abilities are possessed by every female member of her paternal family, and derive from the fact that their ancestor, Ana Louise Minnows, was raped and impregnated by a humanoid monster who possessed similar powers. She had twin children who dedicated their lives to fighting creatures like their father, as do all of their descendants.

Skills: He's been trained to hunt from a young age, and is a skilled fighter with various weapons and hand-to-hand. He's also skilled in looking after himself, researching, knowing how to deal with various supernatural beings, treating fighting injuries etc.

Interests: His main interest is fighting. He sees it as his purpose in life, and also sees being able to fight alone now as a sort of rite of passage. He is also interested in forming a relationship with his half-sister and getting to know her.

Weaknesses: He has almost no people skills and little concept of social rules. He can often seem strange to normal people. Fighting is his answer to everything.

Strengths: He's a strong fighter, skilled and physically strong. He's trained and experienced in hunting.

Personality: Blaine can sometimes seem to have a strange personality, as he has little concept of normal social rules and interactions, and has little people skills. He's very dedicated and focused.

Brief History: He was raised to hunt supernatural beings, began hunting with his father during his teens, then was deemed old enough to hunt alone when he turned 17. At the same time, Zachary told him of Anya, and asked him to find her. Blaine did so. The half-siblings are now hunting together, based in San Francisco.

Confirmed Victims: Various monsters, including a nest of vampires and a banshee.

Awakening Age: From infancy to 20 years old
Awakening Story: Her mother could sense that she would be a powerful witch from within the womb, and she was identified as a fifth when she was around a year old, after displaying 5 additional powers. Then, she was trained to use these powers to fight and hunt, as believed was her destiny. She hunted for the first time aged 20.

Bethany has long auburn hair which waves slightly, naturally, and pale blue eyes. She is 5'8 in height with a slim build, making her look fragile. Her age is hard to predict from her appearance. At once glance she can appear in her 20s or 30s, while another glance could make her seem even in her teens. She has complex golden tattoo-like markings on the inside of both forearms and around her right shoulder, which are all indicators of her status as a fifth. She was not originally fashion conscious, but now days she takes care of her choice of clothing, finding that doing so helps her blend in with normal humans. However, she still ensures that her clothing is suitable for fighting or pursuit before paying any attention to how it looks on her.

Skills: She has become skilled in use of her powers after centuries of fighting them. She is also a skilled fighter - her human father taught her all he knew of such skills since it was all he could do to aid her hunting and her destiny.
Interests: The only interest Bethany seems to show is in her hunting.
Weaknesses: She can be too independant, too used to hunting alone and having to depend on herself solely. She is likely, in most scenarios, to refuse the help of others. When she does let others help, such as Brenner, she can become too protective of them, focused more on their own safety than her own. She cannot heal herself. She would never consider quitting her hunting.
Strengths: As a fifth, she is one of the most powerful witches in existence. She is skilled and experienced in fighting both using her powers and without. She knows full well how to rely on herself. She is highly committed.
Personality: Bethany is very stubborn and independant, used for many years to fighting alone and taking care of herself. She does not always find that she can socialise well with humans, as she is more used to dealing with other witches. Normally, she tries to hide her emotions, and believes that showing them too strongly can become a weakness for her, but beneath this she is very caring and emotionally driven.
Brief History: Bethany was the only child of a witch mother and a human father. She was identified as a fifth, trained and began hunting aged 20. She has been hunting, mainly alone, over the last 4 centuries. Currently, she is living in Washington DC with 5 other witches, but she doesn't let them fight with her as they aren't fifths. However, recently a human FBI agent named Brenner learned of her, and insisted upon joining her fight when he learned the truth. She is yet to be able to dissuade him.
