Dermal Adaptation

The ability for one's skin to adapt to different circumstances. This could include forming a thick protective armour when threatened, adapting by altering colour to create a camouflage effect, or emitting light in darkness to enable the individual to see.

Vision Sharing

The ability to enable people to share precognitive visions. If one possesses a precognitive vision-based ability, it can be used to show the visions to others. It can also be used to see the visions of others, if they are willing to share, and to show the visions of others to more people. It can therefore be used to prove a precognition, or to display details more clearly than any description. It will not work on precognitions which don't involve visions.

maybe bullet proof, change heat, texture- scales etc?

Bullet proof was the sort of thing I meant by protective armour, but also protecting from knives, ability attacks, punches etc as well. And I think scales would have a similar protective effect.

Thermal shield

The ability to produce a shield which protects against any temperature changes or extreme temperatures. It can be used to protect oneself and others around oneself, and it can also for example surround a fire to prevent it from spreading or burning things.

Hardness/Softness manipulation. The ability to manipulate how hard a material is, making it harder or softer. One could make one's skin impenetrable and could make steels soft as paper, thus easy to break through

Do you think the first one could be used for Oxikinesis? It looks like she's using the air/oxygen to shield herself from the bullets.

Oneiric Mimicry

The ability to mimic from dreams. When first manifested, one would simply be able to mimic the appearance of anyone one sees in a dream. As the ability develops, one will be able to choose skills, knowledge and memories displayed in the dream instead. Eventually one would be able to even mimic abilities from a dream.

Visual Mind Reading

The ability to read minds using eye contact. The eye contact is essential, and one cannot read minds without it. Once the eye contact is initiated, the other individual will find it impossible to hide any thought, opinion or memory, and it will be very difficult to break the eye contact.

An ability which begins with just sensing abilities. At first, one would only be able to distinguish between EHs and NEHs. Later, one could sense how many abilities a person had, identify the precise abilities, even sense the strengths and weaknesses and how well developed the abilities are. Then the ability can develop itself, enabling one to manipulate other abilities. One can amplify and negate abilities, and even temporarily swap one ability for another (but not permanently). The final development would be mimicking other abilities.

Speed Negation

The ability to negate and cease the speed at which various things move or occur. It can slow a person or object down, trap them/it or cause them/it to fall. It can also stop ageing.

I'm not sure about the name, because Speed Manip affects lots of different types of speed, but Speed Amplification only affects motion speed.

Another one which I'm not sure what to call.

The ability to be generally improved both physically and mentally. When manifested as an infant, it means you'd learn to speak and walk rapidly, almost immediately, but wouldn't have enhanced intelligence beyond this. You'd be slightly stronger, faster and more resilient. You'd have a better memory and would be able to grasp new ideas quickly.

Mental And Physical Acceleration maybe? I'm not sure about the growth bit because it still remains as an adult, but doesn't grow more powerful then.

Evasive Action/Aim Dodging

The ability to avoid or dodge attacks with ease. It can include physical attacks, projectiles and offensive abilities. Sometimes, the ability can require augmentation to dodge complex, non-linear attacks. It normally cannot counter Enhanced Aim.

i think the first one sounds like a variation of ability manipulation. and i think speed negation is good.

It's a lot more advanced than Ability Manip Back when C first introduced multis in W1 and made a rule that they had to be a new character, not a current one's ability developing, I started thinking how I'd advance my characters if I could. That'd be how I'd advance Ability Sensing.
