As a vampire, Darren will have enhanced strength and speed, and will be capable of running so quickly he appears to blur, termed flitting. His senses and reflexes will also be enhanced. He will be able to sense other supernatural beings, and trail them. As a child, he will grow and mature rapidly, and after this he will become immortal, physically aging no more. He will also heal rapidly from any injury he might succumb to, unless this healing is impaired.

he ability can only make unlikely events likely, and it cannot cause impossible events, but apart from this it seems only to be limited by what the characters think to do with it. There are a few exceptions to this, e.g. it doesn't seem to be able to undo a death, or interfere significantly with free will. The ability doesn't drain any energy, and all it needs is a thought.
