She never tried to kill Oz, but she attacked him when he was a werewolf, she set that demon loose on Tara when she was being all "mental patient-y" and I think she tried to attack Cordelia in the first episode when she thought she was a vampire? Or maybe it'd count for Oz that she thought he was one of the assassins in What's My Line, when he says "That is one tense person"
