I don't think the Brazilian girl counts as having Precognition - remember, with our wiki, Precognition means 2 or more methods of sensing the future. Not sure what sensing her opponent's moves would be called though.

Vacuole Production

The ability to create, enter and exit vacuoles. These are bubbles or spaces formed between this universe and alternate universes. They can be used to travel quickly from place to place, and to rest while recovering from fatigue or an injury more quickly than normal. The individual could travel into a vacuole himself, and could also place others in one, though this would be more difficult. He or she would then need to remove the person. That person couldn't leave the vacuole himself/herself. The vacuole can only be exited into our world.

Self-levitation

You've talked about bioelectricity before  I can't really see much difference between that and Electrical Impulse Manip.

i know, i actually want to use it though as an ability. Well, i was thinking that he would be able to sense people around him by feeling their bioelectric energy, also absorb people's bioelectricity therefore killing people and store up the bioelectricity in oneself and shock people with it

If you want to  Doesn't really tie up for me though. It just sounds like you're mixing electrokinesis and electrical impulses.

In reality, isn't bioelectricity just what species like electric eels do?

bioelectricity are ions that flow in the body that control metabolism, control nerve fibers and muscle contraction but i think electric eels produces more bioelectricity and can use it to shock people
