Crowds swarmed around the airport like flies on a carcass. A young teenage boy was waiting to get on the plane by himself. He looked anxious and his hands were sweating. He tried to wipe them on his trousers and t-shirt without arousing suspicion.

"So Joe, why are you getting on a plane to Buenos Aires?" said a voice from behind him. He whirled around in panic to see only a young girl in jeans and a lilac polo top. It was Lucy Smith, a girl in his class. She had a suitcase too.

"What are you doing here?" Joe asked in confusion.

"I'm going on holiday to Buenos Aires myself. My parents are sorting out something with the airport staff, something about luggage size. You?" she asked.

"Uh yeah I'm going on holiday too." he mumbled.

"So where are your parents?" she quizzed.

"Uh they're sorting out stuff too." he invented. Cogs whirred in his head and he was sweating.

"Really?" said Lucy, raising an eyebrow. He nodded, wiping his hands on his trousers again. "Alright then. Let's get seats together! Come on, I want to talk to you about Argentina and your holiday plans. Perhaps we're staying at the same place. Where are you staying?" she quizzed again, grabbing his arm and dragging him along.

"Uh, I don't know, my parents organised that part." bluffed Joe. Her grip on his arm was very hard. He might get bruises. He saw her older brother Luke beckoning to them. Odd that he was her brother since they had different skin colours. Lucy was small and Caucasian with brown hair, grey eyes and glasses whereas Luke was tall and of Middle Eastern descent with short black hair and brown eyes. They must've had different fathers or something, he thought.

They went together to get onto the plane. Lucy let go of his wrist and Joe felt her secretly slide something up his sleeve. He excused himself and went to the toilets quickly to look at it. Luke followed. Hiding in a cubicle, he saw it was a small roll of paper. He unrolled it and read the note. His heart leapt into his mouth.
