Heroes RP World 2 - Reflections

In recent days, a seemingly random group of individuals has emerged with what can only be described as "special" abilities. Although unaware of it at first, these individuals can not only save the world, but change it forever.

An American Government organisation called B26 was set up to capture these specials when the Government found out about them. Freedom fighters rose up to this cruel organisation and fought back. In June 2007, they triumphed over B26.

We now rejoin their story in the summer of 2008...

Kaedo lay asleep in her crib, so Ami took advantage of the free time and began to do one of her favourite things, read. She lay the book on her lap, and got some rest, as she was tried from being up all night.

There was a knock at the door, so Ami lay the book down and went to answer it. She had no idea who it was, because she wasn't expecting anyone.

She opened the door, and a man stood there. He was tall, white and bulky with a bold head.

"Miss? I am looking for Ami and Kaedo? Are they home?" What? Did I look like a maid? Or a nanny or something?

"Yes, this is Ami. What do you want?" I know it was rude, but he called me a maid! Or a nanny!

"Arrrh. Sorry, I didn't know. I need to talk with you." He voice got all hucky at this point, very unflaturingly, as well.

"Referring to what?"

"Referring to your daughter." He got all tough at this point, and deepened his voice. "Will you invite me in?"

"I would rather not, but I guess I have little choice!"

"You have little choice, becuase if you don't invite me in, I will get a warrant, and force myself in!" He glared at Ami, and she said OK.

He sat down at the small table, and asked if he could have some tea. Ami said OK, and pointed to the kettle. She was not normally this rude, but this guy wanted her, to talk about her with a stranger was bad enough, but he was going to try and get her to go to her father's. Something that I would not let happen!

I ran into the room, and grabbed my daughter. Who were these people?

"Who are you?" I asked them,but they just kept walking towards me. Kaedo was screaming, so I hugged her tighter. "Look at me, darling. Look at me!"

"We're here for your daughter, now give her to us." Anyone who wanted my daughter was as good as dead, I had been fighting for her like this from the start of her life, and it wouldn't sto now.

I showed them all a picture of them alone in a black blob. Then I made Kaedo see just my face, cooing at her, looking after her. Then, holding her in arms, I moved objects into there way, so they stopped, and then gave Kaedo her vision back.

"Come on, baby. Teleport, come on!" She screamed, and blinked her eyes.

In the London base, Charlotte grappled with her ability. So far she had only managed to stop killing herself with it. That was something, she supposed. But she wanted to be a pro at her power and go out saving people like all the other Organisation agents! She knew it wouldn't happen overnight, but how long would it take?

Success! Finally she had managed to do something with her ability on purpose. Sure it was only knocking a glass over when she got annoyed with the trainer, but it was still something. Now she knew what to do, the rest would be easier.

*Chang Lu's men all aimed their guns at me*
"Oh Shit!"

"No I think you are!"
*Kick the table and the Burning insense Stick stuck into his head killing him*

Kaedo and Ami

Ami begged Kaedo to teleport, and eventually, Kaedo blinked, and they appeared in her room.

"Not the kind of teleport I was looking for... OK, here we go."

Ami tiptoed with Kaedo in her arms to the door and walked through it. They were on the street in no time.

She was confused, people had tried to force to let Fushi see Kaedo, but she hadn't. They had NEVER broke in her apartment and tried to kidnap her. Even Fushi wouldn't go that far... So that meant someone else wanted her daughter....

She walked down the high street and dived into the shopping centre she saw. She walked into mothercare, and -using her Gold Card- brought a whole newe set of clothes, and bottles, and lunch boxes, a portable crib, everything.

She didn't think it would be safe to go back to the apartment. She left all the stuff with Customer Collection, and went to buy food and clothing etc for her.

Ami walked back to the apartment, quickly and got her car. She noticed there were some guys standing by her car, waiting for her to come back. She showed them what the street had looked like just before she and Kadeo had appeared. They reached the car, and collected the stuff. She didn't know where to go, Airport? Maybe she was just over reacting....

Again, can I have a little explanation of the general scenario?

OK, I get it now.

Dani waits in her room, thinking of the prediction. She thinks she's cracked it, but she's afraid of what she thinks she has to do.

Ami straps Kaedo in, and starts circling the road. She got stuck in traffic, then noticed a big black van following her.

Automatically she unstraps Kaedo and runs from the car. She notices a few men running out of van, and speeds up.

She sees a hotel and runs into the lobby. She studies the signs until she sees Lifts.

The men behind her pull pistols from there pockets. A little voice in her head said "Why the roof? You can't get away up there!"

She reaches the third floor, and hops out the lift, and runs to the stairs. She think about going back down, but realises that it wouldn't help. they would be guarding the doors.

Up it is.

Ami and Kaedo reach the roof first. They stand at the side, and are then unsure of what to do.

Can't go back down... Can't jump off.... Kaedo was panting... she can't teleport...

They were stuck. She heard footsteps and prepared herself.

Speaks in Japanese accent. "Thank you, Nathan! There are men..." pauses. "What can you...?" She doesn't know the word. She shuts her eyes and pulls the table over to her. Then stuck her hand in it. Then showed him the men follwing her daughter. "What do we....?"

"Yes. I would like that very much! Thank you, you are doing us a great favour." Bows head.
