Hiro and Kyle looked around at the S.W.A.T. team, then Hiro stopped in front of someone who looked like the were leadding the team

"Detective Parkman" Hiro muttered to himself

"yes, he was one of the people who tried to stop this, he stopped Sylar from getting a power which would of meant he could get to any EH as longs as he knew who they were" Hiro said looking Sadly at Matts face

(yes but Hiro hasn't told Peter he has to save Claire yet so as soon as that happens Claire will become alive, and this is just going to fall into a debate about how you can alter time)
