Re: The End of Time
The Master, it wasnt really a good come back... more of donna and the doctor... i wouldnt of had her have a boyfirned, cus now she wouldnt be intrested in the doctor and flirt (which was funny)
i wouldnt of had the master turn everybody like him, its not a good SL i think!

Re: The End of Time
She couldn't really interact with him without remembering though, it'd have seemed fake. And she couldn't remember him without dying
What would you have had him do though? And I have a feeling his return will really come into its own in the second part

Re: The End of Time
well i mean i still wouldnt of given her a love intrest, it wont be as funny anymore...
i would of also liked to see more of the ood!
well i wouldnt have had the master come back at all! but not that he is back, i wouldnt of had him being able to do that shitty super jump and electric shock thing... i would of had him going into that machine and making everybody hearing the sound he hears

Re: The End of Time
It was really good although they needn't to have bothered with the seeing all the companions thing as that was more for David Tennant but on a whole it was brilliant the Master has always been one of my favourites but the cybermen have the top spot in my book anyway John Simm is awesome in the role as he brings out the craziness well kinda strange how he became a cannibal hoodie eating homeless people after his resurrection didn't go to plan

Re: The End of Time
Yeah, that did drag a bit at the end. Nice idea in theory, to give some closure, but it took too long.
Guess homeless people are less likely to be noticed going missing. I found the jumping and energy beams more surreal.

Re: The End of Time
They never explained how the Master could generate those beams as he never had them before. Although as I've watched the old Dr Who's which are great well the first couple of Dr's anyway I noticed that Rassilon (Timmothy Dalton's character) the time lord president as his name was said by the Dr before he sent them back was killed after seeking immortallity in "the five doctors" story starring the first five Dr's as he was turned to stone by the Dead Time Lord who's mind only remained had descovered the secrets to immortallity and new it was a curse so turned the people seeking immortallity into stone.

Re: The End of Time
HaHa yeah i would recommend watching the William Hartnell to Tom Baker series from the old Dr Who's sure the monster's aren't as realistic as now but still the stories are well worked I would say my most favourite Dr's are William Hartnell, Patrick Troughton, Jon Pertwee, Tom Baker and David Tennant also i've heard Sylvester McCoy was very good and thought Christopher Ecleston was good as he revived the show ow crap now I sound like a nerd crossed with Chris's boss out of Family Guy

Ive seen the Five doctors i watch the old ones as well, i was discussing Rassilon with my sister. Also I didn't like the replacment for William Hartnell you can't be the original. Yeah as I remember he was turned to stone

Re: The End of Time
yeah I don't mind Patrick Troughton as the second Doctor but William Hartnell was extremely good so was Jon Pertwee who brought a more fighting type dr to the screens out of all the dr's though i don't like colin baker i think he was utter crap Josh have u seen Tom Baker's The Robot's of Death and Talons of Weng Chiang if so what did u think

Re: The End of Time
Jon Pertwee was my fav and Patrick Troughton he had the funny touch to it. Colin Baker was annoying i hated him although the 2 doctors was a good episode. I have seen The Robots of Death Its one of my Favs, i liked Leela as a campaion , I liked the part where the dr throws his scarf onto a robot and puts his hat on it too, then another robot starts attacking him

Re: The End of Time
It's great I was debating whether to watch the two doctors but only cause it had Patrick Troughton in so it was bound to be better than any of Colin Bakers other stories I have to admit I like the Daleks story which was William Hartnell's and the shows second ever episode and the daleks were only due to appear once put were so popular they have been brought back countless times my favourite aliens are deffinately the cybermen

Re: The End of Time
Yeah. The Two doctos is good because of the sontarans. The Cybermen used to have 3 fingers in Patrick's seasons

Re: The End of Time
yeah I know in their first appearence in the Tenth Planet they had cloth faces but I prefer there more modern look Leela was a good companion to the doctor although I think the Dr would have got fed up with her trying to fight the aliens or kill them If u haven't seen Talons of Weng Chiang u have to It follows robots of death and is like a sherlock holmes/Jack thhe Ripper/Fu Manchu type story
