Not really the ood are awesome i've always liked them since their first appearence I also figured out how they use the orbs to kill u know how there telepathy should be basic 5 but is basic 100 when they have red eyes which would make them brain dead if they have a brain in their hand they could connect it to another organism and kill them

, when we saw back in time part 1, the doctor went to the ood gathering, and the main one, who fortold that it was the end of time, had a brain like head :/

It was odd *odd ood ah never mind* I was wondering remember the guy who was in control of ood operations in Planet of the ood I wonder what's happened to him now that he is ood kind and they live longer than humans as ood Sigma who created their new civilisation after ood operations was abandoned said they'd constructed the city over 100 years

I don't know but could the Doctor have reversed this process after stopping the Time Lords return sort of with the Master's help

well the doctor was shocked that they was too advanced, i think the master had something to do with it, as the ood said that they have been having dreams, bad dreams. maybe the ood that turned into human, affected them...

hmm never thought of that but the eldar ood said by now all creatures are having bad dreams

The Ood wouldn't have turned as the 'Immortality Gate' only works on A planet, not the whole universe.
