hunger games

there are 12 districts in the future and eevery year two people (boy and girl) are picked to take part in the annual hunger games. This is an arena to fight to death.

So it's basically 2 characters being chosen to fight to the death? What else does it involve?

What about something like The Island or Dark Angel or that new film? Like, people sort of grown..?

its basically set in a distant future. America is split up to 12 districts, 2 are chosen.

each 2 children are meant to fight for death in the arena, and its all shown at home, on tv. Like a reality show. the captiol, sort of like the goverment of the districts and the hunger games, can control the arena and put like wolves in. They also have mutations of animals, like the contestants that died, they took their bodies and mutated them with wolves.

That just sounds... weird.

it all makes sense in the book though and pretty cool, but suppose it could easily die out.

Wouldn't it just be people fighting all the time? Sounds really limited.

Erm.. It's like, they like start as kids (or did) and they are like, kept in a facility, and like, don't know about outside life And then maybe some of them could break out, and people can try and hunt them down and shit

is this a film?

It's all pretty much the same idea Dark Angel's a programme, the Island's a film - that when people are like, cloned and used as spare parts, in case the person they are clones of are in need and the other film is a film in the cinema atm With Andrew Garfield

Wouldn't it be really weird RPing as people with zero life experience, though? How would it work?

Escape and have people try to capture us, I think

I don't know If they broke out when they were younger, they could have gained life experience And maybe they could have got seperated and stuff

im actually thinking that a torchwood one, might work

So being people hunting down aliens? Maybe

and maybe we could have some aliens/human like aliens on the torchwood team, or maybe other people from different teams helping out. Like unit or something

plus there would be the rift, so you could be from anywhere in time and space

Could work It's the best suggestion so far, I think.

and we will all be ne wpeople in the torchwood team too, seeing as the rest are all dead.
