The teacher came over, congratulating the pair of us. Later we were sitting together on the top benches watching the other teams battle below. It was a long wait before it was all over and then the others were complaining how we had an unfair advantage due to the new guy/me having a special ability too along with one of the strongest contestors, Lavender. I never knew it but Lavender was one of the strongest in the school, as well as one of the most bravest. In the changing rooms, I got changed and headed outside. It finally felt that I fitted in somewhere, somewhere I could be myself. It felt great.

He took the bow, aiming it, pulling the string back to his ear before nocking in an arrow. He fired the first, hitting the centre of the furthest target. The second hit nearby, the third a little further. He smiled as he handed the bow back to Robin.
