1. The glasses fell off, or got destroyed in the crash. Or for some reason he removed them and put them in a pocket in the jumpsuit.
2. If the company knew about Daphne's illness, maybe they told the Haitian, and he blocked her less, so she could walk but not run?
3. I thought maybe Sylar used one of his powers subconsciously there, to give himself that dream.
