Right, I can answer all of those I believe.

1. Hiro DIDN'T have his glasses on the plane! He had them on after the crash, and the simple explanation is that they left them in his pocket, there's no use in having him without eyesight at the facility they were taking him too.

2. The Haitian only cancels abilities, doesn't take them away. The eclipse takes them away completely. Even if Daphne SHOULD have lost the use of her legs with the Haitian cancelling her ability, it wouldn't have happened straight away. Remember with the eclipse it took a little while for her cerebral palsy to fully return?

3. Angela's power also grants her some level of Astral Projection. This is how she managed to appear to Sylar. But I think it was all Sylar's power with waking himself up, she was just the trigger. In my opinion Sylar managed to gain this ability through empathy, as this would explain how he appeared in Danko's car. Danko was dozing off remember?

Yeah probably, if he absorbed her ability again. He seems to gain the full capacity of their ability, as he had no problem shapeshifting very quickly when posing as the president, right?

Hang on, can Sylar feel pain, like Claire could? Or when he killed her, did he stop feeling pain as well?

Did he express pain in episodes after? I can't remember. Have to look out for it on the DVDs when they're out

3 however dosent grant her Astral projection. It's becuase she was trapped in her mind , the company to be exact. Sylar was in a coma sorts state too, so she managed to acsess his brain and help to wake him up.
