The Canons are only used at certain parts.
Oh Chris! About their abilities;
They need to be something which will benefit to the company, e.g, that will help them do something, to get around problems. They'll be short of agents then, and the technology wasnt as good.

Set in 1961, I had to change it a bit so that the original 4 met the other 8, then Primatech is made.
