World 5- 1961

Four people escaped the massacre at Coyote Sands. Angela Petrelli, Charles Deveaux, Robert 'Bob' Bishop and Daniel Linderman. They find refuge at Coyote Sands Cafe, escaping just in time.

They make an agreement to make sure that nothing happens like this again. They vow to help others like them, to guide them on the path of good and justice.

We join the four heroes at the Coyote Sands Cafe, discussing plans of Primatech...

What do we do, then? Run? Daniel Linderman was sitting around the square table, looking a little bored. It was weird. He was weird. They.... were teenagers that were going to save the world. He was skepitical, but wanted to help.

A company? piped up Charles, who had been sitting for a few moments, thinking.
To help others, or to stop them?

Both. Help them, train them, capture them if they prove dangerous......

Charles stared into Angela's eyes, mystified for a moment, then blinked and shook his head.
Where would this be Angie? Underground, phff. We would need a cover. A company on top... to cover it up.


((When one person in the cafe tells Charles that 'We dont allow that here' because he is black, is he dancing with Angela?))

That's a good idea, but my dreams haven't showed me it yet. They don't always.

A song starts playing on the radio. Angela smiles as she recognises it as her favourite.

(Yeah)

Care to dance, Miss Shaw? chuckles Charles, standing up and performing a little jig.

(Dont they dance before Alice gets scared and creates a storm, then on the radio it has a storm warning and says flash floods are coming into affect. Then Anglea says "we have to get back to Alice now!")

Bobby was scared and worried he didn't know why to do over and over again he kept saying under his voice
"Were just kids"

We are just kids, but it's not like we will be for long, is it? Didn't we just watch all that happen? He gestured out of the window at the mess that was blowing by outside.

And who says "kids" can't do this? It's not like we're little ones.

(Yeah, but maybe they danced again.)

Then maybe a part of the company ought to research into them. And there must have been records of what they found back in that prison camp, could we find those?

"Hey!" says a man, glaring at Charles, who is holding Angela's hand.
"We dont allow that here."
Oh I think you do. says Charles, staring at the man....... telling him that there was no problem.

No future has to be written in stone, Angela.
We make our own choices.
Charles sits down with Angela, Bob and Daniel.
I think I may have a solution to our problems.
