Tessa had stormed off, and she'd locked herself in one of the smaller rooms inside the building before she could start calming down. She buried her head in her hands, breathing harshly. Why had she done that? Why had she said it? Yes, it was true.... but even if Shelton did deserve to know, he didn't deserve to be told so callously. She didn't really know what had come over her. She didn't even really know why she was doing it.....
