I don't think I'll make many rules, but I've a few ideas for them:
    1. Obviously, follow main RP rules
    2. A student character should be under 18 when starting, and most characters should be students.
    3. All new types must have a description posted here before they're used. The exception to this would be a plain EH, since we all know what those are

    World 10 - School - Rules/Information Empty Atari

Post by Wayward Daughter Sat 25 Dec 2010 - 23:04

    • Atari look human but are recogniseable by a Mark - a scar formed from 2 interlocking lines - somewhere on their bodies.
    • They feed off the emotions of others, meaning that they can sense people's feelings from the taste, and can live without food, air or water. However, if they were left alone they'd starve
    • The excess energy from emotions gives them certain supernatural abilities which are different for each individual
    • Atari can either be born into an Atari family (these are called old-blood) or a human who transformed into an Atari (new-blood)
    • Old-blood Atari possess all the abilities of their ancestors, and one unique ability themselves.
    • New-blood Atari just possess 2 or 3 unique abilities
    • Old blood Atari can have Guardians

    • Vampyres become Fledglings first, usually during their teens, and then develop into full Vampyres
    • Vampyres ressemble humans, but with naturally enhanced beauty. They are also recognisable by the black markings found on wrists, which appear shortly after becoming Fledglings.
    • Humans are Marked as Fledglings by the presence of an Ancient, usually by an man with red eyes (Ulysses Lewin). It is unknown how or why the humans are chosen to become Fledglings. They have begun the Change into vampyres, and while begin to manifest some of the powers of vampyres.
    • They are stronger than humans, and faster, with better mental capabilities.
    • A vampyre may also manifest a single power, traditionally while they are a fledgling. This power may be anything.

    World 10 - School - Rules/Information Empty Necromancers

Post by The Lost Boy PJ Thu 30 Dec 2010 - 14:13

    Necromancers look identical to humans.
They always have bleach blonde hair and reversed eyes (white pupils, black outers)
They can see, speak too and in some extreme cases raise dead people
There is one main Necromancer family with smaller families branching out.
This main family is the Jenson family.

    The Shifters

"The Shifters" are people withan individual set of animal genes, that are the animal genes of the animal they can transform to at will. Their animal characteristics can be influenced by their animal form or the other way around, otherwise they look exactly like ordinary humans. Shifters can also have abilities like Evolved Humans but don´t usually have more than one or two abilities. The abilities Shifters have can also be influenced by their animal form or the other way around.

    World 10 - School - Rules/Information Empty Guardians

Post by Wayward Daughter Thu 17 Feb 2011 - 21:04

    • Guardians are humans which have been enhanced and linked to Atari
    • They're completely normal and human until they meet an Atari, then they become Guardians. However, the still appear completely human, and only their behaviour could show that they're Guardians. No ability could detect their status
    • A Guardian can be linked to all Atari, an Atari family or an individual Atari. If a Guardian linked to any odd Atari meets an Atari from the family he or she should be linked to, the link will transfer. If a Guardian meets their own individual Atari, the link will transfer again.
    • Being a Guardian subtly increases their skills, strength, speed, reflexes, senses, durability and healing speed. They also have a connection with their Atari, which lets them know how the Atari is feeling and if he or she is in danger. It drives them to protect him or her. Sometimes a Guardian can also have the effect of a particular ability imprinted into their blood.
    • A Guardian needs their Atari to live. If the Atari dies, or they're separated, the Guardian will weaken and die. An Atari losing a Guardian isn't neccessarily fatal, but is extremely painful.
    • Being a Guardian is hereditary.

(This is a made up race, I don´t know if it should be changed in any way, so just say if it should.)

Gwandors are human-like. No Gwandor is like another Gwandor. A Gwandor begins as a regular human but will evolve to a Gwandor. The evolving can happen at any time, when the person is newborn or an elder, but it mostly happens somewhere in a persons youth, when more hormones than usual is produced. The evolving is a process where a person change, physically and he/she could also get one power/ability, and he/she would get a special strength. A physical change could be be given claws or red eyes. A power could be a power that an EH would be given, but this is not something that a Gwandor would necessarily get when evolving. This depends a little on how powerful the Gwandors strength is. One thing that the Gwandor would get, is a strength of some sort. The strength could be to summon different creatures or to never lose in a game, the strength could be to be able to use magic of some sort or to jump real high. The strengths could be almost anything. All Gwandors also have a weakness that is individual, it could be to be burned by water or that the Gwandor passses out every time the Gwandor hear a specific word. Exactly as the strength, the weakness could be almost anything. The weakness and the strength is usual pretty equal in power, if the strength is powerful, then the weakness would be pretty disastrous.

    World 10 - School - Rules/Information Empty Ancients

Post by Wayward Daughter Sun 4 Mar 2012 - 11:03

    • Ancients are the ancestors of Vampyres, and are those who cause humans to turn into Fledgling Vampyres
    • They appear human, but tend to have dark hair and are very tall. They also are attractive. One is known to have had red eyes, but the surviving 2 both have normal eye colours. Some are also known to possess the same wrist markings as Fledglings.
    • Each possesses up to 7 abilities, which are normally linked to the family's abilities, in addition to Vampyre advancements
    • The only 2 surviving Ancients now are Dani Lewin and Greg Baxendale. Ulysses Lewin was also one.
    • The species has an enmity with the Ainsprid, which is another species dedicated to trying to make them extinct.

    World 10 - School - Rules/Information Empty Ainsprid

Post by Wayward Daughter Sun 4 Mar 2012 - 11:09

    • They exist to kill Ancients, and there is one Ainsprid for each Ancient.
    • Each Ainsprid is not born, but begins existing with the birth of his or her targetted Ancient, and will die once he or she completes that purpose.
    • An Ainsprid can only kill his or her targeted Ancient, not just any Ancient, but they can kill anyone from any other species.
    • Ainsprid can only be killed by ancient weapons designed for this purpose
    • Ainsprid will try to toy with their victims, causing them as much fear and pain as possible, and isolating them before the kill
    • Ainsprid have the capacity to appear as anything, and blend into the background in order to hide. Normally they appear as humans with no distinguishing features.
    • Ainsprid can track their targets and can know everything about that Ancient
    • Ainsprid do not need to feed, they are sustained only by their purpose of killing

    Destiny Riders, name change?

Destiny Riders are ordinary humans but with the abilities to control some aspects of destiny. They can sense and see peoples destinies and they can track people with great destinies by "tasting" them. Different destinies tastes different for the Destiny Riders. Strong destinies could for example taste strawberry, while people with ordinary or not as great destinies could taste blueberries. When a Destiny Rider is near a person with great destiny, the Rider feels stronger and his powers gets slightly augmnted. The same happens when the Destiny Rider is near death itself and is in extremely dangerous situations. Besides being able to see, sense and taste the destinies, Destiny Riders can alter them. Depending on the strength of the Destiny Rider, he/she could change a destiny a little or change the whole purpose of ones existence. The Rider could change details or just mainly change it, all depending on his/her power. Seeing someones destiny could also be used to gather information about someone he/she meets or about that person himself/herself. Destiny Riders can, if strong enough, make objects gain a great/horrible destiny and also see objects destinies. Some Destiny Riders can do the same with areas. A Destiny Rider don't have a own visible destiny so it cannot be altered or viewed. However, how many of these powers and what aspects of it is different for each Destiny Rider.

    World 10 - School - Rules/Information Empty Wolfbrothers, Wolfsons & Wolfdaughters

Post by Wayward Daughter Thu 10 May 2012 - 20:33

These are humanlike creatures which have a psychic connection with wolves. They can communicate with wolves both mentally and within dreams. They can also enter a sort of dream world where reality is flexible, but doing so is hard. The wolfbrothers look human apart from that their eyes turn golden when they become wolfbrothers, which usually happens during late teens or early twenties. All known wolfbrothers are male, and they are extremely rare. Their original is unknown. They also tend to exhibit wolflike behaviour, such as eating a lot of meat, and being very feral when fighting. They tend to be really focused. They have enhanced senses, and can accurately smell people's emotions.

These characteristics are only for original wolfbrothers. The sons and daughters of wolfbrothers can also be wolfbrothers themselves, termed wolfsons and wolfdaughters. These have the characteristics and links from birth, but they are weak until they get the golden eyes, at around the same age as a normal wolfbrother.
