She flitted through the house like a beam of light, fast and almost unnoticeable. She did not stop when she reached outside, running through the twilight deep into the woods, to their very heart on the outskirts of the coven's grounds. Then she stopped.

Size nine feet stepped freely from the window ledge, falling like a rain drop through the murky New York air. Screams echoed Off of the sky scraper walls as the mangled body on the floor twitched. It had falled eight Floors to impact with the ground. A womans shrill voice boomed louder than all others. She screamed the mans name, Rocco, as she sped to his half dead body. When her fingers brushed his bloody skin her face Went blank, Rocco made hungry sounds from where he lay, sounding like a caged beast. The blonde haired woman fell limp on the floor as Rocco stood, compleatly healed. The whites of the mans eyes were black as the night as he ran from the scene.

Her hands were trembling as she created the charmed knife to fill them, the last rays of daylight glimmering off the cruel metallic edge. She took a rattling breath and forced her trembling to stop. She had to do this, and she couldn't let herself fear or regret it. Lleucu had shown no such hesitation as she'd thrown herself between her and Michael. Slowly she raised the knife, her heart hammering, pulse thundering. Every last second seemed to be in eerie detail. Time almost seemed to slow. She plunged the knife downwards, gasping in pain as it sliced through her skin, feeling the poison start to seep inwards, feeling her heartbeat struggling and failing, her breath easing away as she fell to the floor. Deep within the house, another heartbeat began to race.

Lola's eyes opened slowly, she lay in the bed covered in just a sheet. The sin was out, shining brightly, candles were doormant.

Lleucu slowly rose to her feet, finding her body sore and movement awkward after having been dead for so long. She blinked around in confusion, the lighting inside stinging her eyes. Her head ached. She got to her feet and exited the room.

I was sat in the garden, naked from the waist up. My feet were bare on the cold ground as I sat cross-legged with my eyes closed. I was listening for prey, deer maybe, or a panda. Whatever there was to eat would do. Crunch, crackle, snap. I jumped up and whirled after the animal, pounching to sink my teeth into it's warm neck. The skin broke instantly and the warm ruby liquid Burst into my mouth.

Lleucu walked through the house, shaking a little and moving stiffly. Her eyes were wide, her expression one caught in shock. She was searching for someone, anyone.

It had been ruthless. It had been awful. It had been so bad. Five humans were dead. Five humans had died. Five. Five innocent humans had died, because of one drunk driver. I hadn't been able to stop her. Lana was the Alpha, but she hadn't needed to use her command to stop me. She was stronger, faster, better. She was a better wolf than me, but now? Now I didn't envy her at all.
Josh had been a great man. A great great man. Loving, happy, pleasant, funny... prefect for her. Handsome. He had been a true friend to me, and he had loved her more than humanly possible. He wouldn't have been able to live without her... like she was failing to live without him.

She tensed, going into a crouch as she sensed the vampiric presence, her eyes flaring. She only relaxed when she sensed the harmless intentions in Avril's confused thoughts, and it was only after that that she recognised her.
