This is Ella, said Abbie, creating a trumpet introduction tune.

I looked at the little girl. "Pleased to meet you, I'm Jack."

Tracy looked at the girl and smiled. "Hi, I'm Tracy."

I'm the girl Claire's adopted, she added. And I think Granddad Noah's already freaking out about the responsibility of it.

"I'm sure your not that hard to look after." I winked at the little girl. "And in the case, call me Uncle Jack." I smiled and put my hand in my pocket. I ruffeled around until I found a sweet and gave it to her.

"Sorry Abs, you can get one next time."

Can I get one? Dani chimed in.

"You should ask Peter, he was the one who gave me that one. He has LOADS of them!" I smiled and walked away.

Dani just grinned, and teleported loads of sweets over.

Vallerie had just entered, smiling graciously and walked over to me and Tracy. "No Ron?" I teased.

Firstly she tried to ignore the remark and smiled. "He'll be coming later." She said. "Someone has to cover your shifts." She remarked.

It wa soften that me and Val gave each other little remarks, it made work more fun and stopped a lot of boredum. "Shall we be expecting kids on the way?"

Vallerie then gave me a funny look. "Ok, you win." She replied. There was a slight smurk on my face but even Tracy gave me a weird look- not understand our games.

Isn't that too much pressure and freaking them both out? older Dani asked, laughing. Wait, didn't you ask me something similar once? And when I was underage, too?

"I don't remember such a thing." I said, wiping that memory from my head as soon as she spoke. Even my face was hard to crack.

"Speaking of kids- Kayleigh is probably causing havock. I told you not to leave her along with her brother and sisters- you know what she's like. Hears a though and then poof, she makes it." Tracy hopped along, to try and find wherever havock lay.

"Ooops." I muttered as she jogged by. I looked at Vallerie and Dani. "Well, hows things with you lot?"

Trying to work out when this kid's gonna appear, she smiled.

I laughed. "Good look to ya, when it does." It was then I realised that we were all lucky, lucky to be one big happy family- to be alive in fact. That was a reason for what this party was about.

He does, she corrected automatically, thinking that she wouldn't need the luck. Her life was already perfect.

Some pickled snadwiches had caught my eye, I excused myself and grabbed one.

Abbie, Daniella and Ella moved on to Zach to talk to

Zach was still as an adult, but smiled warmly as he nodded to them How's it going? he asked, unsure what else he was meant to say.

I haven't got a clue, said Zach, innocently.

He's what? Nearing four years old, with major drinking, gambling and smoking issues. A few drug issues, by the sounds of it and he swears more than a trucker. He also sleeps with about five different woman a week, and spends more time passed out than concious Abbie corrected

Untrue. When have you ever seen me smoke a cigarette? I mean, cigars, sure. But cigarettes.. those things could kill me. And I don't fucking swear that much. Plus, it is way more than five.

He's also very picky

Ella just giggled, not sure if she should believe what they'd both said, or not. It sounded crazy.
