World 5- 1961

Daniel walked out the door, and walked back to the camp, leaving Angela behind. There was a wind, and it was a little cold, but the dark night gave him time to think.

Daniel shouldn't have went. It's too dangerous... eventually the strong winds will create a sandstorm.

And if we havent left it long enough already, we need to start searching for others like us. We cant do this with just us 4. We need more.

Vicky looked at the wall.

Paula ran at full speed into the wall and fell right through it. She ran back through.

After Healing Touch, he found one that was out of place. Phasing. There was only one listed name.

(Paula can Phase and Victoria has the ability to do everything quickly, lets call it Acceleration.)

Paula Gamble was the only recorded person with Phasing. He shut the file, and put it back. He needed a hand. He couldn't carry the whole cabinet on his own. He ran back to the cafe, and asked, Can you give me hand?

This way. I found exactly what I was looking for. The records. Everything. He led the way to office, and showed her the filing cabinet. Look, he said, and pulled out her file.

He smiled back at her, genuinly happy. She was so nice. He piled one of the drawers into his hand, and grabbed another stack of files. Almost all of them. Only 50 or so missing.

As he walked back into the cool air, the sand beneath his feet began to rise. Sandstorm! he yelled, and started to sprint. The sand went everywhere. His hair, his eyes. His mouth. His ears. Even down his shirt.

He is a girl, laughed Daniel, rushing into them.
