Daniel was shocked that they apparently considered him the best fighter, when he didn't see why. He didn't argue though. He'd let himself be partnered with whomever they chose, they were all fighting on the same side after all.

Greg shook his head. No. The only danger I'll be in is from the stupid humans and they can't hurt me, he remarked. You are taking Daniel.

Dani continued to protest, arguing that Greg was wrong. You're not in danger?! You'll be out in the open.

And I should have the sword to protect me! he argued back. He looked at Dani and he could see the determination in her eyes, she wasn't going to let this go. Please, Dani.. Don't fight me on this one. I need you safe. I can't lose you.

She found more things to say, insults to shout and statements to protest, but she didn't. Kylian cut across. He had decided that no matter how much he disputed the title of "Best fighter" being awarded to Daniel, he knew protecting Dani was vital. Daniel will come with us. Greg, Lily and Mark should look for the weapon.

For some reason she simply couldn't explain, she didn't want to argue with Kylian's authoritative tone. Fine, she said, but she continued to jut her lip out. Greg, you need to be careful. If you get in any trouble - any at all, you have to call, okay? And we'll come and help.

(Btw, I don't get where the 2 teams are going )

(Dani, Kylian and Daniel are all going to Bella Vicius to find a slight antidote to the poison and see if the Bellators know anything about the Ainsprid etc. And Greg, Lily and Mark are going to search through museums with stonehenge exhibits to find the sword)

(If Sky and Nick were coming, they'd have gone with Greg, Lily and Mark, but it made the teams unbalanced so )

Dani hugged Lily and Mark goodbye, leaving Greg for last. She was about to tell him to be safe before he beat her to the punch, warning her to keep her eyes open at all times. They hugged and suddenly, they were off. Dani took a hold of Kylian and Daniel and focused on the port Kylian had spoke about, since she didn't have the power to take all three of them that far. Greg rummaged through his bag to find the toy car he had had from his childhood. He placed his hands on it and focused hard. Soon enough, a real life working replica stood in front of them

Daniel felt a sensation of disorientation as the three of them vanished into blue light. The next second, they were reappearing in the port Kylian had described.

Kylian confidently began walking towards the boat, but a guard stepped in front of him. Identify yourself.

I am Kylian, son of Torin. This is Danielle Lewin, last of the Ancients and Guardian Daniel. We request a boat to Bella Vicius.

He didn't bother waiting to find out Daniel's surname or have the slightly implication that Daniel was her guardian questioned. The guard stepped away, immediately, as thought Kylian had produced real identification. One thing that could be said for the Bellator system was that it was not only trusting, but eerily efficient. Danielle and Daniel had official badges within in minutes and they were on the boat before half an hour was up. They were given a room, with a bunk bed and a pull out sofa bed, since the boat journey would last over night.

Daniel too was finding it hard to rest, too worried over what'd happen to them and what they were going to face. He was also still troubled over whether it'd been right to leave Sky and Nick. He watched Dani going outside, seeing her shared restlessness, but he didn't say anything.

She felt hazy as she looked up at the sky, praying silently to a god she didn't believe in that something would get her out of this, that her friends would be safe and that Greg didn't do anything stupid to try and save her. After the nausea faded, she went back inside, trying to feel the exhaustion she knew she needed to go to sleep. Re-entering their room, she saw Daniel still awake and smiled at him. Thank you for coming, she whispered, cautious that Kylian was currently nearly 7 foot was unconscious.

I don't think I couldn't.... even though I'm still unsure of all of this, he admitted. And I won't let anything happen to you. I promise.

Thank you, she smiled as she slid into the bottom bunk. It means a lot. But I won't let anything happen to you, either.

I wasn't going to let something happen to any of us, he smiled.

She grinned. Not if I don't let anything happen to us first.

(How long will it take them to get there?)

(A few more hours, I think Sorry, I've got to do all of Dani's part as well as the Greg side, so it probably won't be too quick :/)

Greg hadn't stopped driving since they left, despite the protests from Mark and Lily that he was tired. He had stopped once for coffee, but he found it impossible to believe that he had time for sleep. It was his job to save Dani and he only had about two days to do that. When they arrived in London, he woke up Lily and Mark, who had been sleeping in the back seat, explaining to them that they had to look for weapons - things that looked old and were dated back at least more than a few thousand years. Anything with an unclear history - possibly originally found at Stonehenge or another historical site. They both nodded.

He took the National Museum, sending Lily to a weapons museum and Mark to another museum that had an exhibit on at the moment. Greg skipped through the queue, regretfully having to buy a ticket before he could rush through the crowds to the weaponry exhibit. He searched through the shelves and rows of swords and maces until he came to the guns and stopped looking. Disheartened by the lack of anything that even remotely fitted the description, he left, driving a few miles to the next museum.

Greg continued in this vain for several museums, trusting that Lily and Mark were doing the same. Since his phone remained silent, he assumed they had found nothing. They didn't actually have a plan, as of yet, as to how to get the weapon when they found it, but it didn't matter at that time. Once they had found it, Dani was safe.. Dani would life. And that's what mattered to him.
