What had happened? He could remember waking up outisde Oherin and feeling nervous for his first battle and then...nothing. Why could he not remember? He looked aroung. He was in some kind of jail with a little light streaming through a small window just a little less than 10 metres away. He looked around instinctively for some method of escape but found none. Where was he?

Cyrus looked over to a strange man sitting in a chair, he seemed to be saying something but he couldn't hear what he was saying. It just sounded like noise. Cyrus's head pounded, he wasn't feeling well.

A woman came over close to him, she looked as if to begin a spell. As if a reflex, Cyrus sent a massive energy beam towards her in order to protect himself. The energy rushed out of his system and he fell back unconsicous once again.

She raised her hand, about to form the transfer, when he threw out his attack. She stepped backwards reflexively, and hastily threw up a series of shields. The first one broke, but the second held it. Breathing heavily, she stepped forwards again, saw he'd knocked himself unconscious with the effort. She began the energy transfer. A white beam of pure energy poured from her hands onto his chest.

Cyrus tried to mentally repel the spell but to no avail. I'm Cyrus of Solodon and King Vension sent us to- Cyrus head pounded. He felt blood in his mouth. The room began to spin faster and faster. His eyes saw black.He couldn't hear anything anymore, nor could he feel the blood pouring out from his mouth, nose and eyes. Cyrus slumped down onto the ground and his heart ceased to beat.

They made some sort of preparations for defence, since the city of Solden was obviously intending to invade them, and was apparently filled with dark sorcerers, to boot. And I'm not going to detail those preparations cause I don't really have a clue what they'd be.

Maybe it was her imagination, but she felt that they were all watching her as she walked through. She made her way to the centre, where there was a low empty space where traditionally those summoned would stand to speak. She waited there.
